[Linux-ha-dev] trouble building 2.0.8 RPM from tarball

I'm running into the same problem as is this fellow:

Unfortunately, I can't find any archive where his issue is addressed. :/

In case that link is bad, my issue is this:

  % ./bootstrap
  % sudo make rpm
  gmake[1]: Entering directory `/home/breichert/depot/rpms/RHAS-4/Vergence/recipies/heartbeat/heartbeat-2.0.8/tsa_plugin'
  gmake[1]: *** No rule to make target `ha_mgmt_client.i', needed by `ha_mgmt_client_wrap.c'.  Stop.

Any advice?
