A bunch of the directories locations are.
But instead of using the variables defined there, all the RAs redefine
(for example)
  HA_VARRUN=@localstatedir@/run/
possibly with a different name.

I'll do it, i have a patch i've been kicking around for a few months
that just needs some polish
