Hi Alan,

I believe that as of fbdcac70a569 (current tip of test and dev)
that there are several file-relocation related problems remaining
in the tree. I'll am working on fixes and will send them along
with details as soon as possible - which I hope means today.

If you could hold the release of 2.1.1.1 until I have sent my changes
or we have had a chance to chat, that would be great.
