I believe have some people using recovermgrd. I don't like the way it's
written, but it was written for a reason. One could argue that we
_should_ be using it ourselves...
The others were removed from being able to be compiled years ago - we
just couldn't easily delete them using CVS. For checkpointd, cms, and
eventd, go ahead and remove them.
