Don't have any redhat/centos, but on SuSE the usage says:

$ /usr/lib/rpm/find-lang.sh

Usage: /usr/lib/rpm/find-lang.sh TOP_DIR PACKAGE_NAME [prefix]

and there is no package named haclient. The specfile says:

%find_lang haclient

Is that good?
