[Linux-ha-dev] [mgmt][patch1]Add boolean_op in mgmt

I've been doing some work on current hb_gui/mgmtd . even I heard of its
expiration in the future. I has fixed serial bugs and added in some
enhancemnts.
I'll post them successively. Any suggestion will be appreciated ;-)
