[Linux-ha-dev] Changelog entries

Everyone,

could you please remember to document user-visible changes in the
changelog?

It's a PITA to have to wade through the changes and assemble the
changelog manually, and it's worse now we no longer have a meaningful
CVS commit list. Wading through hg history manually is NOT fun.

It should be succinct, complete and refer to a bugzilla entry if one
exists.

I'd love it if hg could be configured to reject any commits which fail
to document their changes. *sigh*
