Hi,
I am Deepak, and currently was checking out the Architecture of
Heartbeat 1.99.X versions, so as to determine whether the HA system
would be suitable for our Applications in a Later stage....

I was just going through the LRM Source Code in heartbeat system..
and was struck with a few doubts :-
(1) Is LRM an actual Abstraction of MON(the monitoring Software used
with Heartbeat 1.x versions)
(2) The clients which LRM use... How can I simulate them.... is there
any Client Programs which I can run from a Remote M/C which can send
various IPCs to the LRM Daemon
(3) are Clients, specific user who log onto LRM or are they Resources to
be monitored...
(4) How does the Commincation btwn Heartbeat and Mon appear ??? ( i
couldnt' find any fncts in the LRM source Code, which validate any form
of comm. between Heartbeat and LRM...
(5) Which is the Default Log File in LRM...

I would be really grateful for your replies....

p.s: forgive if any Q's are pretty Novice , cause i am just a fresher

Former is True, then God is Man's Biggest Folly. If the latter is True,
then Man is God's Biggest Folly.
