[Linux-ha-dev] Apparent CTS misunderstanding

Apparently some people have forgotten or misunderstood why Huang Zhen did
the port of CTS to Andrew's cluster manager.
It was done as a short-term stopgap measure to provide some kind of testing
using a largely proven framework until Lars Ellenberg finished and
validated his new testing framework based on the best of both technologies.
This is what I have always proposed, this is what I have said every time I
have been asked, and this is the assumption that Huang Zhen has been
operating under.
The problems here seem to be two-fold:
Huang Zhen is just doing what I've asked him to, so
if that's a problem, please flame me, not him.
I seem to have failed (repeatedly) to communicate the plan for
what we're doing (both in email and on IRC)
