I will write my diploma thesis about something called like "Disaster
Resilience Linux Solution over two sites with replicated storage" (title
isn't fix yet). For replication hardware-based storage replication via
fibre channel will be used.
I plan to use Heartbeat as cluster manager. So I have a few questions:
-> 1) I read in the linux-ha mailing list that the 1.1 version should be
released as a stable version really soon. Is there a chance for this to
happen within the next 3-4 weeks?
-> 2) There was much discussion about CRM (the new Cluster Resource
Manager) in linux-ha-dev over the last year. Is the new CRM (which copes
with more than two nodes) in the CVS-version yet or will it be
implemented later this year?
I know new versions are ready when they are ready :-) I need the
information only to have an idea which features I may use for my thesis
(the details are not fixed yet, also the expose is not written yet).
