[Linux-ha-dev] cl_status help message

hi,

I remember someone complained cl_status help message was too long. I think that makes sense. 
It would be good if cl_status --help prints short syntax. Most of time we know what cl_status can do
but forget the right syntax so short syntax indication will be enough.
One can man cl_status after all if he wants more detail
