[Linux-ha-dev] heartbeat is always shutdown in ten minute, why?

heartbeat: version 0.4.9.2;
the kernel configuration between 2.4.21 and 2.4.26 almost the same, 
by the way, which kernel configuration option will affect the heartbeat?
