Actually, the linux-cluster list is meant as a place for the
different cluster projects to talk and share their code/work
with each other and make each other's lives easier.
For example, I could see HA and supercomputing clusters share
code in a lot of places. Things like a lock manager, data
replication, task management, cluster management tools, ...
IMHO it would be good if code and effort was shared; nobody
needs 20 different incompatible cluster management packages
(or wants to include them in their distribution, for that matter).
