was hanging when trying to mount a DVD to play.

Re-read the IRC top-50 from bash.org.  Helped Roger with getting normal
Debian commands working on his Lindows box.  apt-get upgraded my laptop,
helped roger, caught up on email

Played with remotely sshing to his machine at home through his firewall.
Installed mplayer -- I see a trend here.
