[ENBD] Enbd Debian Package

Maybe we can ask Bas. I think it was complete, except maybe for some
problems with compiling module packages (something like that).

Sure! Maybe bas can make available his debian subdir and you can try
the build on your machine (one needs to run debuild, or make -f
debian/rules binary).
The current enbd-2.4.33pre.tgz package on the website contaisn a DEBIAN
subdir which I believe is the latest snapshot I had from Bas. Rename
it to "debian" and try the make -f debian/rules binary (if that is the
appropriate debian thing to do).

Not sure where his latest is. See above for the snapshot I took.

I think that that is roughly what he has done, plus a enbd-common, plus
kernel patch packages.
