[ENBD] ENBD version 2.4.33pre complains "failed to set size"

Don't worry about it - 2.4.33pre is being worked on and you likely got an
imbetween copy.

Looks like it was a version  that tried BLKBSZSET before trying
ENBD_SET_BLKSIZE, forgetting that the  latter is needed to tell the
device it has had the blksize set. And the device then won't allow the
size to be set because it doesn't know a blocksize (I think I removed
that check).

Just pull again.

(the kernel log would have shown the problem, not the syslog). Tell
