[ENBD] Bring enbd back in Debian?

Hello all, Paul in particular,

While searching for a "simple" network RAID solution, I found enbd. I
also found out that enbd was removed from Debian at the 7th of March 2005.
After a day of testing enbd on a few virtual machines (using Debian, of
course) I'm almost conviced that enbd should be brought back in Debian
where it was once.
If Paul also thinks this is a good idea, I want to help accomplish this
task by accepting the role of package maintainer. You should notice that
enbd will become my first package to maintain, but I think I've got
enough support from some experienced Debian developers to give it a try.
