[ENBD] enbd_ioctl 2.6.9 kernel fails to modprobe enbd - seg fault

... should have said, - same issues with both:

enbd-2.4.33pre.tgz

and 

enbd-2.4.32.tgz

What I showed dmesg o/p from before was from 33pre.
