[ENBD] 2.4.32 conclusions

Incidentally, I am reading a 2GB enbd device and writing it to a 4GB
device (the latter is connected to localhost) using dd bs=64k 
and I see no significant loading.

All the clients and servers are down in the 0.1 to 0.9% mark on CPU
time. This is a dual P2 550. And I say "this" advisedly.

Hmm ... dd is at 1.7%, and rolling steadily along at a few MB/s. I'll
up the merge_requests sizes to match the dd blocksize....
