It never is - it is simply the snapshot of the current code development,
taken from my codebase every night at 11pm (or more often if there is
something nasty to correct).

2.4.31 is the stable distribution.  At some point in the next few days
2.4.32 will be declared stable, and 2.4.33 will then become the
snapshot.
