[ENBD] 2.4.32

I have just tested it with floppy drive, enbd_server -n 1 and enbd
module loaded with chek_partitions=0, on a "thin client" test. And it
works fine : data on floppy "r/wable"(and no problem with supermount),
exactly as enbd-2.4.31 except that I can use a lot more /dev/nd* !
