Any complaints about 2.4.32 now, or can I issue it?

In my opinion, it does remote media check more correctly - that is, it
doesn't tie up the remote device with an open descriptor.  Behavior
still could be improved (it closes the device too soon - it should keep
it open for a second or so after an access), but it's so much better
that it deserves to go out.  Only question is if the remote ioctl error
path is now completely correct.

And then the 2.6.1 patch in it is also good.

When issued, I can move to 2.4.33, and try for a scsi interface,
and a couple more things. I need reports.
