[ENBD] Doubled requests

I have run over night tests with m_r off: one test has 102400 1K requests.
The test has been done more than 1000 times, and I observed no doubled
requests. The merge_requuests module parameter really switches it off in
my setup.

Switching it on again gave one error in the first 102400 requests.
