[ENBD] /proc/nbdinfo

Hello,

I opened 7 nbd devices on my machine but the /proc/nbdinfo shows only 4
of them. The rest do exit -- I build a filesystem on them.

I'm using 2.2.19 kernel and enbd 2.4.30.
