[ENBD] How do I export a partition...?

Hi! Peter,

If I don't have the device file /dev/sdo3, then how do I export the 
partition /dev/sdo3?  I can see sdo3 under fdisk, but then nbd-server can't 
see it any more...

So, how do I export an entire partition anyway?
