Clients? If you said "servers", I would kind of believe it, and say,
oh, yeah, you can do that; the server is a userspace application, so
you can probably almost code it straight up for NT.

But clients? That means writing a device driver for NT.

Well, if you want to attack the problem you'll have to pay someone to
do it, and I'll be happy to work with him/you on that.
