[BazCamp] Set up bazcamp mailing list.

I've set up a new mailing list for bazcamp, the previous one was using the
previous name.  I've invited or subscribed everyone that attended bazcamp
3.0.

At Hacking Society tonight we had a quorum, and discussed the next event
and have tentatively scheduled it for Memorial Day weekend, another 3 day
weekend May 23 (Friday), leaving Sunday.  See the newly updated site to
RSVP for the next event:
